(More customer reviews)This is one of the worst products I've bought in a long time.Maybe I just got a lemon, but how incredibly frustrating.The buttons don't do what they're supposed to according to the manual.The EQ button turns down the volume.The DOWN button increases the volume.The M button is pause/play.Every other button does some function different than the manual states that it should.This makes it REALLY difficult to use this player.Once I put some music on there, I can't get back to the main menu.There are supposed to be other functions, like video and photo viewing, as well as system settings, but I can't get there anymore.
