(More customer reviews)I had a disappointing experience with purchasing this device.After I charged the MP3 player for a few hours and was ready to use it, the device would not turn on for more than a few minutes.It would shut down immediately after I turned it back on.I was not able to use it at all.I was also disappointed with the seller, Beach Audio, because they initially ignored my attempt to communicate with them about the defective product.
