(More customer reviews)The problem with this device is that it is cumbersome and frustrating to navigate through the menu from file to file. If you dealy more than 5 seconds, it brings you back to the last song and you start the whole process over again. Downloading wasn't straight forward either.I am good with electronics and even though this device has a lot of nice features, if you cant figure out how to shut the speaker off after reading the manual, it's downhill from there. I recommend that you spend a little more and get an ipod.
