(More customer reviews)I ordered this product as a gift for a friend visiting the US for a couple of weeks. This product arrived with two of the four parts not working and both the player and its accessories look cheap and used. Fortunately, I open the box to test the player before giving it out as a gift. The earbud headphones did not work and neither did the usb charger that came in the box. The user interface on the player is absolutely unintuitive and a nightmare. I could go on and on but I don't see the point. In my opinion, every other mp3 player in the same range would probably trump this one. So learn from my mistake and avoid this product altogether.
