(More customer reviews)i download most of my music from imesh bearshare and itunes but this will not play copy protected music so basically its useless. its a little hard to work with the touch screen but i have big fingers. it turned off and woulndt turn on until i hit the reset button but i think that was my fault. none the less i returned it
